Start your New Years resolutions early with this Weekly Planner and Self-Care Checklist. Each year, we wait until the new year begins to start tackling our goals, but if you make it a habit now then it will already be a lifestyle change when the New Years arrives. Taking care of yourself should always be a priority, because if you are not well, then how can you truly accomplish anything.
Self-Care Checklist: A list of habits that you can start implementing into your routine to improve your mental health and overall happiness. This will arrive in a PDF format, that you can either print or use on your tablet, iPad, etc.
Weekly Planner: This weekly planner allows you to write out important tasks for each day, priorities for the week, take notes and write out your affirmations! I use mine digitally with my iPad and Apple Pencil, however if you prefer, you can also print it out and add it to your planner/folder. I’m a stationary junkie so I understand the need to actually feel the pen to paper!
Added Bonus: I decided to add a December Calendar for you to start tracking your social media goals as well. You can schedule out your post and write content ideas on there to get you through the month. I find that seeing an overall view of the month can help you to plan each week, as you will know what your priorities will be for the week.
